  2. [General provisions] This privacy policy contains the administrator's rules for collecting and using personal data about users. The primary goal of the administrator is to provide users with privacy protection at a level corresponding to the standards set out in applicable legal regulations, in particular in: the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - "GDPR" and in the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.

  3. [Consent] Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data or in order to implement the contract concluded between the parties.

  4. [Purpose of processing] The purpose of data processing is the provision of services necessary to perform the contract. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of the contract, change or terminate it, and the proper implementation of services provided electronically.

  5. [Marketing] Data processing for the purposes of direct marketing of products or services, or for other purposes, takes place if the user consents to it, if it is required in accordance with applicable regulations. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

  6. [Data] The data provided to the Administrator are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons. The administrator processes the provided data in accordance with the law, which is collected for marked and lawful purposes. The data provided to the Administrator are not subject to any further processing incompatible with these purposes. In addition, they are collected only to the extent that is adequate, necessary and necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

  7. [Data protection] Personal data are processed by persons only authorized for this purpose and are not made available to any unauthorized persons, in accordance with applicable regulations. The administrator makes every effort to ensure that the personal data of customers and users are protected against unauthorized access by third parties. For this purpose, the Administrator provides organizational and technical security measures.

  8. [Processing entity] It is possible for the Administrator to entrust the processing of data on its behalf to another entity, by way of an agreement concluded in writing. The data may be made available only to specialized entities authorized to receive them under applicable law.

  9. [Period of data storage] The data is stored by the Administrator only for the period necessary to perform the contract, including the time specified in applicable law. However, this period is not longer than it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party. For the purposes for which the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data, these data are stored until the consent is withdrawn.

  10. [Data modification] Each data subject who has the data at the disposal of the Administrator has the right to request full access to their personal data from the Administrator.

  11. [Withdrawal of consent] Removal of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The data subject who has given consent has the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  12. [Complaint to the supervisory authority] In the event of unlawful processing of personal data, each data subject at the disposal of the administrator also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  14. [Voluntary] Providing personal data by Users is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data marked as mandatory for a given purpose will make it impossible to register or place an order. Failure to provide the data necessary to perform the contract or to take specific actions at the request of the data subject results in the administrator's inability to implement them in this respect.

  15. [Cookies] The administrator may use cookies, i.e. small text and numeric files sent by the web server. Cookies facilitate the use of websites previously visited by the user, and help to adapt the website to the requirements of individual users. Cookie files that can be used on the website pages are associated only with the browser of a given device, so the user remains anonymous. This is information saved by the administrator's server on the User's device, which can be read by the administrator's server each time the user connects to the server from a given user's device. Cookies provide primarily statistical data on user traffic and their use of individual pages on the administrator's website.
